The Spark: In 1994 I happened into a training workshop in personal coaching (now called Co-Active Coaching) that permanently shifted my understanding of how to positively influence another person's life performance. I had no idea then that I would come to know the means by which people can reach and sustain levels of performance, innovation and creativity far higher than what is typically experienced in business and government organizations today. The Vision: Imagine a world where the kind of feelings people (You) have while working are indistinguishable from the kind of feelings people (You) have while playing and having fun. Envision calm, focused, inspired, high energy business meeting/team dynamics as the norm rather than the exception. See a world where the word 'Adversarial' and all the derivatives of it are seldom if ever used in describing a business or family culture. This is what it's like when people (You) are living at their highest performance level. Our Purpose: is nothing less than having the vision described above be realized! More succinctly stated, our purpose is to create performance elevating business and organizational cultures. You could say that we are experts in raising the level of human energy and creativity. Our Role: Infinability provides external Co-Active performance coaches for business organization leaders and training programs for developing high energy performance elevating business leadership cultures. We intend to live on the cutting edge of this technology and be at the forefront of its implementation. Our Motivating Perspective: The results from using Co-Active Coaches and operating in a performance elevating culture are so dramatically better, than without, that it is a strategic imperative for the success of any business.
