COACHING SERVICES AND FEES Infinability Executive Level Co-Active Performance Coaching: Your premium level coaching service is for you the CEO level executive who wants the flexibility of un-scheduled coaching to match the changing schedule requirements of an executive leader. It includes regularly set weekly sessions that you co-design with your coach to fit your best performance; On-the-spot coaching when you request it (like during a critical meeting). The initial 3 hour Discovery session is included in the retainer fee as well as any Per-K belief balance sessions you may want. Rather than a contractual obligation, we ask you, as an Executive level client to hold the intention to continue with the coaching relationship for at least one year, because it is through these long term relationships and commitment that the most profound results occur. per year (billed in advance) Infinability Professional level Co-Active Performance Coaching: Your Professional level program is intended to serve you as an executive business leader or professional who have decision making responsibility for the performance ability of other people. The structure of the coaching is co-designed by the coach with you, and it may include longer (up to an hour) set weekly telephone sessions or additional scheduled sessions prior or during specific events (like a critical business meeting). The initial 3 hour Discovery session is included in the retainer fee as well as any Per-K belief balance sessions needed. Rather than a contractual obligation, we ask you as a Professional level client to hold the intention to continue with the coaching relationship for at least one year, because it is through these long term relationships and commitment that the most profound results occur. (billed in advance) Infinability Personal level Co-Active Performance Coaching: This is your basic on-going performance coaching program that begins with a comprehensive 3 hours long discovery session (in person or on the phone), continuing with set weekly (4 per month) half-hour coaching sessions on the telephone. Additional coaching sessions and Per-k belief balance sessions are charged separately. Rather than a contractual obligation, we ask you as a Personal level client to hold the intention to continue with the coaching relationship for at least 4 months, because it is through long term relationships with commitment that the most profound results occur. in advance) Infinability Personal level Maintenance program: A Program for current or past Personal Coaching Level clients when you want to cut back on intensity but still want to maintain the momentum of your coaching relationship. The program consists of two half hour sessions a month. Retainer fee - $309.00 per month or $3,090.00 per year (billed in advance) NEW Power-Up Call $79.00/month when added to current coaching agreement. Included in Professional and Executive level.
