Infinability Drive Immersion: It's the complete performance elevating leadership program. The Infinability DRIVE Intensive was part one, DRIVE Immersion puts the cap on it. Review the description on our DRIVE Intensive page, and appreciate that driving a racing car at high speeds is the experience of driving the racing simulators many times over. Nothing beats the real thing. This is the experiential environment that allows you to immerse yourself in true 'whole brain' high performance. Here your intuitive/subconscious mind and analytical mind work in tandem and are fully engaged in your performance. Here you will more fully practice the concepts you learned in our DRIVE Intensive and lock in your ability to elicit this kind of performance for anyone in your business group. Who Attends: Our DRIVE Immersion is intended for high level corporate leader groups - high performing management, sales, project development, and creative shop teams.
What's the impact Infinability DRIVE Immersion participants' experience? You'll see and feel the excitement and buzz present when drivers jump out of their racecars after the first time on the track. Then see by the end of the day, the connection and feeling of accomplishment shared within the group, because all of you created relationships with each other that made this powerful learning experience happen. What is most important is the inspiration everyone generates and the desire to incorporate the learning into their corporate leadership culture.
What to expect: The Infinability DRIVE Immersion is conducted entirely at the racing sanctioned racetrack location from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. Snacks, beverages, and lunch are catered to the racetrack. The racecars are provided and entirely serviced. Helmets, driving suits, and other appropriate safety equipment will also be provided. Even though the likelihood of any injury is extremely low, any activity involving high speed driving warrants taking every precaution. There will be an ambulance with paramedics present. Participants can expect to have as many as four 20-minute on-track sessions driving a race prepared Mazda Miata or other similarly prepared racecar. What to bring: The Immersion is conducted both indoors and outdoors. Appropriate clothing is very casual for the day. Outdoor clothing - we will conduct the event rain or shine, choose appropriate clothes for the forecasted weather conditions. The best shoes to wear for driving are lightweight tennis style shoes or bowling shoes. Bring a smile, because this will be FUN!
Infinability DRIVE Immersion Reservation Details: Participants are required to have completed our Infinability DRIVE Intensive within the previous 12 month period. Due to the limited availability of suitable race track locations and dates, DRIVE Immersion events must be reserved at least 6 months to a year in advance. We can likely conduct the Immersion at a race track facility near to your business location or a special race track location of your choice. The cost range for exclusive race track facility rental and racecars varies largely depending on the location and time of year, making setting a published event price impractical. You can expect to budget $3000 to $5000 per person for your phenomenal DRIVE Immersion event. "The best team building experience I've ever done!"
